The JIV Registration Form

If you've decided to become a registered JIV user, please print
the following registration form, fill in the blanks and mail it
to:

    Germany

and include whatever amount of money JIV is worth to YOU. Please
send money as cash or eurocheque only. Other forms of payment are
impractical (far too expensive). Sorry, I cannot accept credit
cards.

Registering will buy you the following rights:

 * E-Mail support through "jiv@hcast.mayn.de"

 * Cheap updates on disk (EEC: 2.50 DM or equivalent per update
   for disk, shipping and handling; outside the EEC: US$5 or
   equivalent).

 * If I ever decide that my shareware experiment was a failure
   (see JIV_e.guide for details), your registration will of course
   remain valid.

IMPORTANT! Your address and the rest of your registration
information will of course be kept confidential. I will not
sell or in any other way commercially exploit your address
or registration information.
