rtgmaster c2p Package :

Sadly up to now i only converted two (probably
not very fast, as very old) routines to the
rtgmaster c2p format. But i will convert
more c2p functions to it later.

Description of the routines :

040 optimized cpu-only c2p function.
Only works on 320x200 Screens.
Works on ECS+AGA.

020 optimized. Works on ECS+AGA on ANY
resolution.

Is a destructive c2p and should not be used,
if another c2p is available, that is not
destructive.

Mostly old code or code that still does
not work 100% (cpu5 and cpu3blit1 are
based on code from Michael Kalms, for
example, but i did not get them working
100% up to now... probably my fault,
not Michael Kalms' fault, but not
sure about this...)
