What is it?  Just a little animation of me (just my hand) tapping my fingers on my 
desk.  I added the blue tint, I am not a smurf no. :)  I find it amusing. :)

Installation:

copy the files def_transferanimation and def_transferanimation.info to the 
images directory of IBrowse. Backup the old files.
