L2toM3: Level 2 ROM to Model 3 ROM patching program

This program converts the level2rom.hex file found on
ftp://think.com//users/gingold/xtrs/rom/level2rom.hex
and patches it to the Model III rom.  To use, simply
run this program in a directory where the level2rom.hex
file is located, and a file called TRS80ROM will be
created containing the patched ROM.  Please read the
notices on the above ftp site about copyright violations.
