The normal procedure is for the customer to send the artwork to us, along with details off his/her requirements, and then phone us back two days later (to allowing for post to arrive). Each scan is in 4 formats...16 & 256 colour, Ham interlace and 24 bit jpeg Erik 1 Is a straight scan of a photograph. Erik 2 Is a cropped/scaled scan of the same photo. Reno Was thrown in to keep the peace. In fact this image was also cropped! Reno decided that he didn't want the attention taken away from him and figured out that the best way to accomplish this was to have mother cropped out of the picture!?
