    - swatted bug that messed up the frame processing order
      when the GOP size was evenly divisible into the number
      of frames

      WHOOPS! I'm not sure how I missed this one.  Sorry!

    - Minor bug fix.  It's been a few weeks, I don't remember
      what it was

version 1.03

    - Well, apparently the mpeg_encode program needed the
      ixemul.library to run.  I didn't know this because I
      already had it installed when I first ran mpeg_encode
      Whoops! Sorry to those of you who found this frustrating.
      Thanks to Gary at Compulink for letting me know.

    - changed the dos WAIT command to the arexx delay command
      so as not to waste any CPU cycles while waiting for new
      frames
      
version 1.05

    - Believe it or not, I forgot to include the arp.library
      in all the previous releases.  What a dope!
