IF I'm not mistaken, Jiggle and Jitter are different effects, Jitter causes
the object's position and/or alignment to be randomly changed within the
parameters set, causing it to jitter, and the jiggle causes the object's
polygons to jiggle, like jello, but doesn't affect the object's movement or
alignment.
