ICEBREAKER

In this directory you will find all the source code necessary to compile
IceBreaker.  You will need PhxAss and SAS C to do this, otherwise you will
have to make some changes to the compilation scripts.

IceBreaker currently is in need of a GUI front-end with options to do
things like turn certain messages on/off etc.  If you want to program this
then feel free, but if you want to publicly release a new version it must
be freeware since you are using my source code.
