GMS C DEMOS

You will need to link the demos with the lib/dpk.o file.  If you have SAS/C
then you don't have to worry about this (it's in the SCOPTIONS), but Dice
users should copy GMSDev:Includes/lib/dpk.o to the DLIB:  directory.  Note
that this file has changed between versions so you must re-install it.
