Posbb has been successfully compiled to run on an Amiga with PowerUp board,but it hasn't been
tested,yet.
Chaged the directory tree.
Added a Makefile.

8.04.98

Amiga version now by default doesn't freeze the computer. Compiling defining NOFORBID all Forbid()/Permit()
calls will be deleted,very useful for PowerUp boards.
