Funktion  :	Optimizes the samplelength.
Parameter :	Threshold	1000.0 equates full amplitude. The operator
				cuts the sample from begin and end until the
				amplitude lays above the theshold.
ARexx     :	Threshold
Notes     :	With 8-bit samples the sucess will be not so high as with
		16-bit samples, because the last ones have a larger and more
		detailed amplituderange.
