Short: Foundation - Large Graphics Set + Manual Author: paulb@sneech.demon.co.uk (Paul Burkey) Uploader: paulb@sneech.demon.co.uk (Paul Burkey) Type: game/demo To install you must place the exe files into the main Foundation directory and place the "hires" drawer in the "gfx" drawer. You will find a "lowres" drawer in there aleady. The hires drawer must sit next to the lowres drawer. Shouldn't be too hard?? :) This archive contains the new large scale graphics for the game it is designed to be used in hires screen modes of 640x480 and bigger. It is NOT supposed to work at good speeds on an AGA machine because it requires the shifting of over 4meg per second of graphic data which isn't so good for AGA to handle. Also the added size of the graphics will probably prove too much for even 2Meg of chip memory. AGA users try this if you insist but I provided the Medium mode 640x256 style for high end AGA users so stick with that! update at the WWW page as well as the latest updates as they happen at: http://www.sneech.demon.co.uk/FoundUpdate.html This is only a minor update because I will have to release another huge demo before you cn see the real things that have been added to the game recently. This demo fixes a lot of bugs found in the old demos. Please don't report bugs until you've seen the Support WWW page far too many people are reporting things that have been explained on the web page and it's taking a lot of time to reply to everyone. Remember this is only a *cut down* demo so please bare this in mind before you consider sending suggestions.
