This is the MUI-version. GadTools version in AmiComSys.lha

AmiComSys is a AMarquee client program which you use to send messages
to other people on a tcp/ip-net - e.g Internet. 

Now you can say Hi! to your friends on the net, or just see if they are
connected.

You can:
* send text messages
* send chat requests
* send WEB-requests.
* transfer files.

Future updates will include support for personal and public chat and more.

Please put it in your Online-script and enjoy ...

AmiComSys requires amarquee.library v.43+ in LIBS:. Get it from
the AMarquee-package - aminet:comm/net/AMarqueeX.xx.lha

Note that the above only apply if your friends is using AmiComSys,
and have an Amiga. ( An IBM-PC-version of AMarquee.library would
be nice :-))

NEW: ARexx support added. These commands are available:
SHOW, HIDE, ICONIFY, QUIT. (ICONIFY and HIDE has no differance in MUI-version).

NEW: New menu, Arexx, where you can execute and add arexx scripts.
BUGFIX(MUI-version): When three or more clients were logged in the client
list went totally messed up. One client pointed to another's information.
Messages could there fore be sent to wrong client.
By mistake I used an undocumented feature of MUI (the listview entries were
moved like in a queue).
But fortunately the GadTools-version worked okey.

BUGFIX(MUI-version): WEB-Request did not work.
NEW: The client list is now only updated once when a client log in.
NEW: A new logglevel, Everything. Simple logs onlines and offlines, and
Everything logs start, end and client info updates too.
NEW: Added homepage and ftpsite to Settings and tooltypes.
NEW: Added HTTP and FTP buttons to Client Info (Double click on the client
in the Client list).
NEW: Added Send Confirmation to settings. You can specify if you want the
confirmation requester when you press the SEND button. (only registered version)

BUGFIX: Enforcer hit when someone logged out.
NEW: New users are now inserted at the bottom of the client list.

BUGFIX: Could hang the computer when the settings window were closed :-(
BUGFIX: Could log onlines twice (I hope it's fixed now ...).

V1.13 (17.08.97)
NEW: The mui-version and the Gadtools version is now divided into two archives:
AmiComSys.lha and AmiComSysMUI.lha.
NEW: To start AmiComSys with Run >NIL: AmiComSys had it's disadvantages, the output
from the arexx-scripts were sent to NIL:. This led to problems because mostly
you start it that way in a login-script ... Now AmiComSys has its own console window
both when started from Workbench and from CLI.
NEW: A new Tooltype PROGDIR. Set it to the path to your AmiComSys directory
if you start AmiComSys from another directory than it's own, e.g. WBStartup drawer.
This is needed so AmiComSys can find the rexx directory and the config files.
NEW: New arexx commands. RealName, Login, comment, logpath, loglevel and onlinetime.
NEW: File transmission.
NEW: Set the time offset to Greenwich Mean Time in Program funcion settings. This makes
the time values (in client info and message headers) right.
If you for example live one time zone east of GMT you set this to -60. (-60 minutes),
which is Central Europe Time (CET).
You really don't need to set this, because it's read from your Locale-preferences.
If it's Distant Savings Time you must check the checkbox.
NEW: The executable is smaller now :)

V1.13a (18.08.97)
BUGFIX: The stack size in AmiComSys's icon was to low (4096). It shall be
8192 bytes. If the icon stack size is to low it should be set automatically,
but a link object file had disappeared from my make file, so this was not the case :-()
You noticed this bug if you couldn't start AmiComSys or if it crashed.
