The registration window looks like this. Not all fields need be filled
in. Only the first and last name fields (marked Req) are
required. Fields marked Opt are optional.The Generate button will generate a registration form in the file RAM:RegForm.TXT, or if that is inaccessable, T:RegForm.TXT, from the information entered into this window. In order for this to work, the required fields must be filled in. Otherwise, an error is reported.
Cancel or the window close gadget exits the window without generating the registration form.
