Preferences program for CyberGraphX v3 environment variables.

If you want the description of the variables being displayed,
then you have to copy the file "s/CGXEnv.txt" to "s:"!

Copy the file "s/CGXToolTypes.txt" to "s:", for the description
of the tooltypes of the monitor file!
