Constants

   Constants cannot be modified by user and it's also impossible to create new ones.
   The constants list can be showed with Constants option from Windows menu.

   It's possible to copy a constant in the input zone by double-
   clicking on it's line or by simple-clicking on it's line followed by a clic on the
   [OK] button.
