README.TEXT - IE/DPaint5 Support Documentation

The scripts in this directory are written for users of the graphic software
package ImageEngineer and Deluxe Paint 5.0. They make it easy for the user
to export/import rendered data between DPaint and IE.

The scripts require Deluxe Paint 5.0 or higher and ImageEngineer 3.0 or
higher. Both these programs must be running when the scripts are executed.

All scripts use the assign T: for storing temporary files (files will be
removed automatically). If T: is assigned to anywhere else than RAM, the
scripts will still work but slower than normally.


  Scripts to use from ImageEngineer:
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
DP5_Export.rexx - renders PRIMARY project in IE and exports it to DPaint.
DP5_Import.rexx - imports the current DPaint image into IE.
