* Corrected floppy diskchange problems with Windows.

* Increased speed of emulation by as much as 40% on slow memory
  machines.

* Added 'VGA_Special' driver to allow MODE 13 (320x200, 256 color)
  to be used on a video board.  Select the driver and click on the
  CONFIGURE MODES gadget, select Mode13 and set the video mode
  to any display type that is 320x200, 256 colors.

* Replaced instructions that are emulated on 68040 and 68060
  processors (FPU commands) with our own code.
