mNews version 1.0 beta (c)1996 John Brooks

Well, here is the first real release, almost.  I'm releasing it as beta
until I get some feedback.  This not crippleware.  All functions are
available.  This is freeware, NOT public domain.

A complete re-write of the code as been done.  There has also been a lot
of redesigning on the interface to the server.  Not too much has changed
in the usage other than posting is now working.  The group and config
files from earlier versions are not compatable with this version.

Please read the .guide file for installation and usage.  There is also a
section on the changes done.

Just enjoy it, if possible.

Permission is granted to distribute this software as long as the archive
stays intact.  Files in the archive can be modified but MUST NOT be released
in any shape or form.

Donations: If you feel the program is worth it, go ahead.  Not sure how I'll
do a 'register' type thing but those who send will get new copies e-mailed
to them as I come up with enhancements.  For you UK users, donations of
Ruddles Best Bitter would be greatly appreciated :)
