Short: Tank Combat (c) RGBSoft 1992

This is a game somewhat akin to the tank bit of `Combat` on the old
At*ri VCS, and prob`ly many more since. Two tanks are placed in a maze and
have to try and kill each other. Couldn`t be easier really, but it`s a whole
load of fun.
NOTE: This game requires PAL to run - use Degrader or similar if you have NTSC.
