 Tidbit Ski can not be modified in any respect, for any reason,
 including but not limited to, de-compiling, disassembling, or
 reverse engineering of Tidbit Ski. The screens and all
 of the menus, help files, and start up files must never be altered,

 You are free to distribute the publicly available shareware version
 of Tidbit Ski to others subject to the above restrictions and also

     B) No re-numeration may be accepted for Tidbit Ski. This does
