This Calamus .CDK doc was produced as a sample to see if it met the needs of a potential client. I used the Compugraphic "Souvenir" font for the body text, so when you load the doc into Calamus it will tell you that is unable to find that font, unless you, too, have it. You can then use the dialogue box to choose a substitute font of your choice. BTW, the font used on the face of the cube is called "FLASH" and should be on the local BBS. It is a shareware font, as I remember. The text around the cube is Triumvirate Regular, but one of the neat things Calamus Outline Art can do is print the letters as a percentage of the normal width. So this one is done at 80%, making it condensed. You can also have w i d e letters as well. This graphic probably won't look good if printed on a dot-matrix printer, looks OK on a laser, and would look professional on a Linotype. This is because anything less than 1200 dpi has trouble making the gradations of gray in a smooth way. I just got Outline Art and find it powerful. Highly recommend getting Calamus' new "Guide to DTP" to learn it, tho. The manual stinks!
