Function: Read any ST-oriented graphic file (using normal resolutions)
          Degas,TNY and NeoChrome. Any resolution.
          
          Low-Rez images are dithered (rather than half-toned).
          Produces very fast and _very_ acceptable monochrome
          grey-scale images.
          Alerts allow capture to MVG's ClipBoard.
