FLOYD:               Load color ST files using floyd-steinberg halftoning.
                     All parameters are editable for custom settings.

PRINT:               Print to Epson 9-pin compatible printer
                              Epson 24-pin compatible printer
                              Hewlett-Packard DeskJet or
                            * Hewlett-Packard LaserJet
                     Each printer has specific options.
                   * ReDirect output to diskfile

CLIP:                Clip a section of the displayed image for copying or
                     Pasting elsewhere in same image or onto another file,
                     or save CLIP to IMG file or SHP file, or Cut-To-Page.
                     Clips on PIXEL boundaries.
                   * Flip Clip horizontally or vertically while pasting.
                   * Rotate clip during paste
                     Paste in Normal-Replace mode or Transparent mode.
                     Paste using mask in Clip_Object mode.
                     Clip from current image or from ClipBoard.
                     Paste clip to current image or
                   * Paste clip TO ClipBoard (even from & to clipboard).
                     Last Clip is memorized and can be reused with reclipping.


JFF:                 DITHER  current image. Normal, Lighten or Darken
                             Editable Dither matrices.
                     SHRINK  current image by factor of 4 (ie 2W x 2H)
                             Select desired contrast.
                     ENLARGE current image by factor of 4 (ie 2W x 2H)
                             Faster than "MODIFY SIZE"
                   * SHRINKY_DO is gone.

MODULES:             External routines perform a variety of functions.
                     Included with MVG 1.3 are:
                     INSDEL:   Insert/Delete lines at TOP of image.
                     CENTVIEW: View entire image at once, centered.
                     TONER:    Perform HALF-TONING on current image.
                     READPCX1: Read PCX files.
                     IFF_R1:   Read (mono) IFF files.
