	This software is freeware which means you can distribute it around and give it to anyone.  The only restrictions are that you don't change or edit this program in any way.

	This is a full 32-bit program which works on Windows 95, Windows NT, and Windows 3.1x as long as you have the Win32s files installed (these files allow windows 3.1x to run Win32 Software).

	Hardware requirements are a 386 processor with 4mb ram.  I optimized the code for a 486 or pentium.
