TARCER is a *highly* experimental program that allows you to pack
multiple tape files into one big archive. This archive needs to have the
suffix .TAR and must be stored in TAPE\ to be visible to CPE. Please do not
trust this program. It may work, it may not. (I have not had problems, but
you never know!) If you test this, make backups, and tell me about your
experiences.
