This is the final beta version of JPP, a program which emulates a 
Sinclair Spectrum 48k z80-based computer on any PC with at least 
an 80386SX processor and VGA graphics.  To use it you also need a 
file called "spectrum.rom", which isn't included for copyright 
reasons.
