Rockulator++ v.97a

Rockulator++ is an object-oriented arcade emulator, written in C++ with
X86 assembly language processor emulation.  

This is a prerelease version, mostly so people can play the updated
Venture, which is much more playable.  These are numerous pieces which 
are not finished, and are not working.  If you feel compelled to tell

Added a decoded graphics class.
Tweaked all of the emulations for maximum performance.


Command Line Arguments
----------------------
To start Rockulator from the command line type

   rockultr <game> -switches

where <game> is the shortcut name of the game desired.  This is also
the subdirectory name for the rom images.

-info       display available switches for selected game
-nojoy      disable joystick support
-nosound    disable audio support
-throttle   keeps framerate from exceeding 60 frames per second
