The program E++, and all accompanying files (except "spectrum.rom") are
copyright 1997 by James Sutherland.

E++ is available free of charge to all who down-load it. It may not be
posted on any bulletin board system, web site, made available for FTP 
or distributed via any other medium (such as CDROM) unless express written 
permission from James Sutherland (james@guybrush.demon.co.uk) has been 
obtained. 

E++ is not to be distributed with game images. If your copy was down-
loaded with any such images, please notify me of the source.  The
Spectrum ROM file IS distributed with the software, as it has been made 
available by Amstrad, the owners, for distribution in this way.

James Sutherland will not be held liable for any damages caused by this 
software.

If you wish to contribute to the development of E++, full source code
is availble, on request, from the author.  You may retain ownership
of any code which you contribute to E++, and are within your rights to
request that any such code be withdrawn from the program at any time.
You may not, however, place restrictions on contributed code which
contradict the terms of this license.  You, also, may not redistribute
the source code to the software, nor may you distribute executable
files built from modified versions of the code without the express
written permission of James Sutherland.

Note that some portions of the source code are from external sources
and may have other conditions placed upon them.  You should contact
the authors of such portions in case of any questions relating to
their code.

If you do not agree to the conditions contained in this license, you may 
not use the software.
