License Agreement Information

The author grants to you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the Synthetic Audio Library Development Kit (hereafter 
referred to as "The SEAL Audio Library") for non-commercial programs 
without fee. 

This license guarantees you the right to use the SEAL Audio Library.
Therefore, by using the SEAL Audio Library, indicate that the licensee 
understand and accept all the terms of this license.

This license applies to all the files distributed in the original
SEAL Audio Library archive, including all the source code, binaries
and documentation in its original, unmodified form as distributed
in the original archive.

THE SEAL AUDIO LIBRARY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES 
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
WILL THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED
BY THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE, OF THE SEAL AUDIO LIBRARY.

The SEAL Audio Library may not be used in commercial programs, including
shareware. No program using the SEAL Audio Library may be sold for any
price, and neither may any fee be charged for the right to use the
program. Programs using the SEAL Audio Library may always be freely
distributed if no fee is charged for the distribution and may freely be
used by anyone.

The SEAL Audio Library, or portions of it, may not be included as parts
of a shareware or commercial software package, in source code, object 
module or any other form. Neither may the SEAL Audio Library, or portions 
of it, be printed in commercial publications, including, but not limited to, 
magazines and books.

The SEAL Audio Library, or portions of it, may not be modified. Neither
may the SEAL Audio Library, or portions of it, be used to build similar 
software products.
