V1.0  :  Never released to the public. Very little functionality. Made to
         compair only .ROM images for the Coleco.

V1.1  :  First version released to the public. Tested, and used on
         Gameboy and Coleco images. Limit of 1,000 bytes.

V1.2  :  Second version released to one person. Tested with Gameboy,
         Coleco and Atari 2600 games. Minor bugs exposed. No core
         revisions, just minor updates. Compair limits extended to
         10,000 bytes. Speed increase ever so slightly. I even made the
         batch file output more attractive.

V1.3  :  Third version released to the public. 10% speed improvement
         over version 1.2. Output improved slightly, much more
         attractive. Minor bug fix over previous version error. Slight
         core revision.
