The version on pub/rknop/cpm is corrupted.
My FTP'ing has been perfect - 100%
I wasted VALUABLE time finding a good copy!
Simply put, the uploader goofed, BIG-TIME, and DID NOT bother to check the file.
Yes, I've checked this file........it works, 'nuff said.

PMEXT.COM - decompresses LHARC -lh1- -lh5- and .PMA -pm1- -pm2-
--a whole assortment of other PMA utilities.

This package beats the .... out of all compression schemes out there for CP/M.
In fact, I am converting ALL my archives to this format.
It has shown to be reliable and reasonably fast for the added compression it
provides.   Also, files are easily manipulated from within the archive with
PMEXT.COM (eg., you can run .COM files from within the archive).
