ZipCode 2 D64

Just a simple program to convert a set of Zipcoded disk files into
a .D64 image for use with the C64S Emulator.  The program was converted
from 'C' into Pascal.  The full TP source code is included.  Original
C code by Paul David Doherty with modifications by Marko Makela.

Thanks goes out to Werner and Marko for sending me the necessary files.
