2/23/96  Changed maximum line number from 32767 to 65535
         when detokenizing. Actual line number max for a c64
         is 63999 without a basic ram extension cartridge.
         TOK64 was converting line numbers > 32767 to
         negative numbers.

2/23/96  Changed Peter Karlsson's Fido addy from 2:204/137.5
         to 2:204/145.42.
