Overall, you should see a 10-100% increase in performance depending
on your hardware, preferences and programs.

Changes:

* better documentation for the C64 keyboard
* fixed occasional crash when opening preferences or using "File -> New"
* 1541 emulation works again with FrodoSC
* color palette fixed to match C64 colors exactly (thanks to GODOT)
* the window can no longer be resized to zero width and height
* the window is automatically reposisitioned for optimal performance
* keyboard mapping fixes (e.g. ' is ; and \ is * and ` is <-)
* caps lock as shift lock is implemented
* "Display Mode" combo box on WIN32 preferences dialog is populated
  with the actual modes supported by the display driver after a
  switch to fullscreen mode 
* failing to erase surfaces is no longer fatal
* better compiler optimization
