Shanghai is postcard-ware; you are encouraged to distribute it freely as
long as you do not charge anybody for it, but if you keep a copy you
have to send a postcard to Markus Gutschke (sending e-mail is no
substitute for a postcard!) 
Note! Shanghai may not be distributed with so-called PD-collections or
on cover-disks!
For further information, start SHANGAI.PRG and select the "Read Me"-menu
entry in the "Extras"-menu.
