Alien Encounter

This is my first and only completed Atari 8bit game. This is a reimplementation of my favorite game from the Sharp MZ-80K I had before upgrading to an Atari 800. Its rather sad by todays standard but I thought I'd let it loose on the unsuppecting net users ;-)
The best way of describing it is as a cross between Space Invaders and Centipede. The game is an no-frills shoot-em-up that keeps you under constant presure (no rests). Initially there are 10 aliens attacking that each continuously firing 10 missiles. On some of the harder games extra aliens are added and the speed is progressively increased.
