Fred Jobfinder 1234 Memory Lane Seattle, WA 98989 Tom Techrecruiter Personnel Manager Military Air Simulations, Inc. 1111 222nd Ave. SW Somewhere, NM 87878 Dear Mr. Techrecruiter: Thank you for viewing my digital resume. I am a Sr. Project Engineer with Super Secret Labs where I have been managing a team of 15 people that maintains and enhances Sneak Fighter, officially known as the F51Q, simulation software. Due to recent government cutbacks in the Sneak Fighter program, I feel it expedient that I find employment on projects less that are not in such a position of risk. Having recently read you ad in the classified section of the Seattle Tattle, I was hoping to be considered for the position of Sr. Project Leader on either one of the two projects that you were advertising. As you see will in the Education section of this digital resume program, I have a BS, MS, and Phd in Computer Science. Throughout my education I have tried to specialize in computer graphics. Both my Master's and Phd projects were graphics-oriented. During the five years between the time I earned my BS and I started on my MS, I worked for Zippy Graphics writing animated computer games for the Apple II PC. About the same time I started working on my MS, I left Zippy Graphics and began working at the Colorado division of Super Secret Labs. After a transfer to corporate headquarters here in Seattle, I began working on my Phd. During the period of 1979 to 1983 I started as a Software Engineer, was promoted to a Sr. Software Engineer, a Project Leader, and finally a Sr. Project leader. I have supervised as many as 28 people and managed budgets of millions of dollars. If you feel that my background would qualify me for either of the positions that you have advertised, I would appreciate it if you would call me at the number listed above. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Fred Jobfinder
