These are Russian and Hebrew fonts I designed for use with the word
processor ChiWriter. The printer fonts are .PFT for 9-pin dot matrix
printers, and may be translated to 24-pin, PostScript, or Laser fonts
by means of the Font Designer supplied with ChiWriter. The fonts may
be attached to any function key in the usual manner.

Additional comments regarding the Hebrew fonts:

1) The printer fonts are:
     Hebrew1: small
     Hebrew2: large
     Hebrew3: proportional

2) To right-justify the proportional font, use the command Ctrl-M at
the end of each line.

3) The Hebrew characters have been placed in upper-case positions, in
approximate correspondence with similar-sounding English letters.
This is because it is customary to read and write Hebrew from right to
left, and by using a keyboard enhancer such as SUPERKEY or NEWKEY,
this can be done as follows. Create a macro in which each lower-case
key is redefined as the corresponding upper-case key followed by two
left arrows, then load the macro and run ChiWrite with Insert off.
For example, the first Hebrew letter, Aleph, is on the upper-case A
key, so the macro should redfine lower-case a as upper-case A plus two
left arrows.

I consider these fonts to be freeware. Use them as you wish.
