    Had everything working, but the command line parser was not
robust enough to handle things properly.

    Fixed a few minor bugs in the command line parser.
    Rewrote documentation.

    Took some suggestions as to the defualts of the options.
    Fixed problem of options not defaulting properly for each run.
    Fixed problem where program allowed you to delete the log file 
file while it was still opened.  This could create lost chains on the 
disk.
    Formatted documentation.

ver. 1.3 - 8-27-89

    Did some major revision of the source code making the executable 
about 12K smaller for the unregistered version and about 3K smaller 
for the registered one.  
    Added file size info to the prompt for deletion, the log file, 
and a total number of bytes freed at program completion. 
    Also, changed the keypressed function after the information 
screen in the unregistered version.  The screen is still there, but 
leaves the screen after about 20 seconds. This will allow even 
unregistered users to use the program in Batch mode.  The screen may 
also be aborted by hitting any key.

ver. 1.31 - 11-12-89

    Shrank about 1.5K from the registered version, and 2.5K from the
unregistered one.  Now runs (very) slightly faster.  Changed the warning
bell and some of the colors.  No real serious changes.
