To get instructions on how to use voc2wav.exe just type "voc2wav.exe" and help
messages will be display to assist you. Please note that for channel values 
1 means mono and 2 means stereo.

To use wav2voc.exe you need to type 

" wav2voc wavefilename vocfilename "
